Holiday Reset @ The Thyme
A Winter Retreat for Reflection & Renewal
Berkshire Mountains, MA / CT
This December, Heallist & Sober in Central Park invite you to step out of the holiday rush and into something deeper.
Holiday Reset @ The Thyme is a soulful winter weekend retreat in the Berkshire Mountains, offering a sanctuary for rest, reflection, and transformation.
Set on 85 serene acres, The Thyme was created with one simple intention: to bring healing and growth to as many people as possible. Just 2½ hours from both New York City and Boston, the property offers immersive experiences that reconnect us with nature, ourselves, and each other.
Over three days, you’ll experience a carefully curated journey blending ancient ritual and modern healing—including somatic work, IFS & family constellations, breathwork, ecstatic dance, fire and sweat lodge ceremonies, and sound experiences. Each element is designed to help you release the weight of the past year and make space for clarity, purpose, and connection.
In a season often marked by busyness and burnout, Holiday Reset is a conscious choice to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself—supported by nature, community, and meaningful practice. Whether you’re seeking clarity, connection, or simply a breath of stillness before the year turns, this is your invitation to remember what truly matters.
Our guidies will be there to hold space and facilitate the experience.

For three decades, Jacquette M. Timmons has been exploring the intersection of money, business, and life - through a cultural lens. Her aim is to help people decrease their financial stress and increase their financial health and wealth by getting them to focus on both sides of the money equation - the numbers, along with the psychology and emotions of money.
She does this by helping people focus on their relationship with money. Because this relationship influences every swipe, every deposit, every fiscal choice you make. And getting business owners to make business decisions that center the health of their personal finances.
She's the author of, "Financial Intimacy: How to Create a Healthy Relationship with Your Money and Your Mate;" a frequent blogger; creator & trademark holder of "Pricing Made Human®; host of the podcast, "More Than Money," and a staunch advocate for getting people to focus on the human side of money.

She is also a TEDx Speaker and Author of Dear Radiant One: An Emotional Recovery Story and Transformational Guide to Embody the Dance of Life.
This empowering session will help you identify your natural strengths and ways of connecting with others, to translate those into authentic marketing strategies. We will brainstorm how you already shine, connect, and share in your personal lives, and consider using those methods and mediums for your business marketing. The goal is to develop a unique, authentic marketing strategy aligned with your genius and natural way of engaging with the world.

Our guiding committee is there to hold space and help facilitate the experience.

Reflections from Past Retreats
"My soul is vibrating. I feel at peace. It’s like all the work I’ve done over the past few years culminated in this weekend. Even with my resistance to coming, I felt immediately held in a vessel—a perfectly curated, sacred container. There was no judgment or competition, just a balance of energies. I feel my compassionate heart open again. That’s the most powerful medicine."
Jodi C.
“I’m just glowing at the end of this very special container. I truly feel transformed—and I don’t use that word lightly. From the moment we entered, I felt supported. Thank you for creating a container safe enough for transformation to happen.”
Yvette S.
“Sometimes you don’t realize how much your soul needs something until you have it. I’m so grateful to everyone who arrived with an open heart and curious mind. It was a joy to be nourished by way of community, laughter, delicious food, honest conversations, and the presence of such incredible practitioners—each in your own way.”
Eileen M.
“I'm so grateful to have been a part of the retreat. The space, the intention behind the itinerary—it all felt so thoughtful. If I could sum it up in one word, it would be ‘home.’ I feel inspired, empowered, recognized, encouraged, and supported.”
Sama S.
“This was an absolutely amazing, transformative weekend. From beginning to end, it’s been incredible. Every single presenter was incredible, and being in community like this is rare.”
